Thank you for using VerifyBot’s services (the “Services”). These Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) spell out what rights you have, your use of the Services, and other important topics like arbitration. Please read it carefully. We have a privacy policy which outlines how we handle your data.
1. Age Requirements
VerifyBot does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children").
By accessing the Services, you confirm that you’re at least 13 years old and meet the minimum age of digital consent in your country. If you are old enough to access the Services in your country, but not old enough to have authority to consent to our terms, your parent or guardian must agree to our terms on your behalf.
Please ask your parent or guardian to read these terms with you. If you’re a parent or legal guardian, and you allow your teenager to use the Services, then these terms also apply to you and you’re responsible for your teenager’s activity on the Services.
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

3. Community Guidelines
Be kind and respect each other and staff. Violence or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.
Any violations of these rules may lead to bans from our services. Behave respectfully or lose your rights to use the Service.
4. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
We provide the Service as is, and we make no promises or guarantees about it and we take no liability in cases of disruption of the Service. (example: downtime)
You understand and agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any loss of profits, use, goodwill, or data, or for any incidental, indirect, special, consequential or exemplary damages, however they arise.
You are responsible for your use of the service. If you harm someone else or get into a dispute with someone else, we will not be involved.
5. Malicious or abusive use of our Services
Any malicious or abusive use of our Services that we detect or get reported may result in a permanent ban in use of our Services. These including intentionally, or not intentionally using our Services in an unintended, malicious or abusive way in harm of our Service or in harm of someone else’s intellectual property.

We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
